ABC's Emerging Leaders Tour the MBTA

The MBTA hosted the Emerging Leaders for a behind the scenes tour of their recently renovated and enhanced operations center. The MBTA's operations are run out of this facility 24/7. The group experienced first-hand how the staff of the T works to make trains run on time and learned about their procedures for handling emergencies and other unexpected events.
ABC's Emerging Leaders program is a group of young professionals dedicated to acting on civic issues in the city of Boston. Participants attend events which include speaker-oriented presentations drawing top names in both the business community and the public sector, as well as social events to encourage professional networking.
