ABOUT
This Sustainability Toolkit is designed to provide participants in A Better City's Challenge for Sustainability with information and guidance on the multitude of services, products, techniques, programs, policies, and procedures that are presented within the Challenge for Sustainability.
The Sustainability Toolkit presents a short description of the item and its benefits to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, reducing energy use, decreasing waste, and its economic benefits. You will also find local examples of implementation and links to news articles regarding the topic. When applicable, information has also been provided on financing options, incentives, and rebates.
This Toolkit is designed to be a living document and updates and additions will continue to be made. Ongoing feedback and contributions to this toolkit may be provided to ABC at challenge@abettercity.org.
