Caitlin joined A Better City in January 2017. In her current role as Manager of Membership & Communications she leads all aspects of member relations including recruitment, engagement, and retention efforts. Additionally, she oversees all communication efforts for the organization as well as the Emerging Leaders Program and the event planning, fundraising, and execution of the annual Norman B. Leventhal Excellence in City Building Awards.

Prior to joining A Better City, Caitlin interned for the Marketing Department of The Kraft Group and New England Patriots where she gained marketing and event planning experience. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Marketing and Visual Arts from Loyola University Maryland in 2016.
